To live up to the expectations of discerning clients and candidates we set ourselves the highest standards:

• A restricted number of client companies in any one industry sector

• Unless otherwise instructed, AHEAD does not divulge the client’s identity unless we know that such candidate is qualified for and genuinely interested in the specific opportunity

• AHEAD never contacts a recruited candidate with new opportunities while they are employed with our client

• We will not approach employees of client companies for a period of 2 years after assignment confirmation

• Honest, open communication with you throughout the assignment

• AHEAD gives equal opportunity to suitably qualified candidates regardless of gender, religion, race, disability, age or sexual orientation
